Demonstration project · Yoga and guided practices
Estúdio Âmago
Estúdio Âmago was created to explore how a yoga space can present itself with serenity, without relying on the usual visual codes of the wellbeing world. The demonstration organises classes, workshops, programmes and one-to-one sessions into a path that is simple to follow.

Context
A practice that is explained slowly
Yoga teachers usually have several formats running in parallel: regular classes, occasional workshops, longer programmes and one-to-one support. When everything is presented with the same weight, visitors cannot tell where to begin.
This demonstration starts from that difficulty and seeks a calm reading, in which each format appears at the moment it makes sense.
Need
What this kind of project needs to solve
Before choosing a class, most people want to understand the atmosphere of the space, the type of practice and the level required.
The structure needed to:
- introduce the teacher and her approach;
- distinguish regular classes from workshops;
- make room for the longer programmes;
- show the one-to-one sessions without isolating them;
- bring the calendar together in one place;
- keep contact always close at hand.
Structure
The areas presented in the demonstration
Each area answers a different question from visitors, keeping the same tone and the same visual identity.
01
Home page
Presents the space and leads to the ways of practising, without turning the entrance into a list of offers.
02
Introducing the space
Explains the atmosphere of the studio and its relationship with practice, with the phrase ‘A house of practice, not a gym’.
03
Ways to practise
Brings together the four types of practice explored in the demonstration, with the context for each one.
04
Workshops
Presents shorter offers linked to specific themes.
05
Programmes
Makes room for the longer paths, indicating the commitment involved.
06
One-to-one sessions
Shows a closer form of support, distinct from the group classes.
07
Calendar
Brings dates and times together, so the information does not live only on social media.
08
Contact and registration
A simple invitation to register or to book an introductory call.
Visual direction
Visual silence instead of a generic wellbeing aesthetic
The palette is understated and the typography has enough presence to carry long texts. Photographs of the interior appear at chosen moments, serving as pauses.
The result aims for credibility without coldness, keeping the closeness that characterises this kind of work.
Responsiveness
Comfortable reading on mobile
Reading on mobile keeps the presence of the text and images. The personal introduction stays close to the pages that explain the paths.

What this demonstration helps you picture
An example for those who teach body and presence practices
The demonstration shows how to present several practice formats without turning the home page into a list of products.
The same approach can be adapted for teachers of yoga, meditation, movement or other guided practices, with or without their own physical space.
About this project
Estúdio Âmago is a demonstration project created by Presença Digital Studio to explore the digital needs of teachers of yoga and guided practices. It does not represent a real client and does not present commercial results.

Does your practice also have several formats running at the same time?
