Courses & Communities

Courses and communities in a clear, well-organised online space

I create and organise platforms and members' areas where you can bring together courses, programmes, classes, materials, digital products and community.

Instead of having your content scattered across emails, folders, videos and different tools, each participant finds everything they have access to in one place.

Members' Area: a simpler private space for content and resources. Platform: courses, programmes, users, payments, levels, progress or community, depending on the project.

Perhaps you need a place

Perhaps you don't lack content. Perhaps you lack a place to bring it together.

Over time, you may have created classes, guided practices, workshops, programmes, videos, audio recordings, texts or support materials.

An online space lets you organise that work and make it available clearly, with simple paths for enrolment and access.

You don't need to start with a big course or dozens of materials. You can start with what you already have and let the space grow gradually.

Possible areas

Much more than an online course

Courses and programmes

Learning paths organised into modules, with videos, audio, texts, exercises and materials.

Practices and libraries

Collections of practices, classes, recordings and resources organised by theme.

Communities and subscriptions

Spaces for sharing, with exclusive content and monthly or annual access.

Workshops and events

Registrations, information, preparation materials and follow-up content.

Digital products

E-books, guides, practice workbooks, recorded classes and audio collections.

Free resources

Guided practices, introductory classes, waiting lists and materials to reach new people.

Tailored

A space built around your project

Content can be organised by course, theme, level, date or learning path.

You could, for example, have:

  • an area for guided practices
  • a library of classes
  • short themed courses
  • a year-long programme
  • materials linked to events
  • a community with exclusive content

You don't need to use all of these options. The structure is defined according to the work that already exists and what you want to develop.

Features

The space can include

  • courses and programmes
  • videos, audio, texts and documents
  • content released gradually
  • community
  • subscriptions
  • digital products
  • enrolments and payments
  • landing pages
  • welcome emails
  • free resources
  • waiting lists
  • connection to an existing website

The specific features depend on the solution and plan chosen for each project.

Integration

Already have a website?

You don't need to replace it.

I can create just the courses and community space and connect it to the enrolment or purchase buttons on your current website.

If you're still deciding between a website, a members' area or both connected together, this guide compares the options.Available in Portuguese

Frequently asked questions

About courses, communities and members' areas

What is a courses or community space?

It is a space with restricted access where participants can log in to see the courses, programmes, materials, products or communities they are enrolled in.

Do I need a complete course to get started?

No. You can start with a guided practice, a class, a short programme, a collection of audio recordings or the first modules of a longer learning path.

Can I organise the content by theme?

Yes. You can create different courses, libraries or areas and organise them by theme or by learning path.

Can I create a community or a monthly subscription?

Yes, as long as the chosen solution includes that option. The community can have free or paid access and include content, announcements, gatherings and spaces for sharing.

Can I sell just a guided practice, a class or an e-book?

Yes. You don't need to create a complete course to offer a digital product.

Can I use this space for in-person events?

Yes. It can support registrations, payments, practical information, preparation materials and content after the event.

Can I receive payments?

Yes. Payments are usually processed through Stripe. One-off payments are possible, as are monthly or annual payments when properly set up. Instalment payments may be possible in certain scenarios and are confirmed before going ahead. Other payment methods, such as PayPal, require the specific flow to be validated.

What if my content is disorganised?

We start by understanding what you already have and defining a clear structure. The final content must be provided by the client.

I already have a website. Does everything need to change?

No. If the website was built in Lovable, it can be worked on directly. If it is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or another similar tool, it is not edited from Lovable: you can choose to rebuild it or keep your current website and add the new area on a subdomain, for example courses.yourdomain.com or community.yourdomain.com.

How is the technical solution chosen?

The technical solution is defined according to the needs of the project and is described in the proposal before we go ahead.

What is the difference between a Members' Area and a Platform?

The Members' Area is a simpler private space, designed to make content and resources available to those who have access. The Platform is for projects with courses, programmes, users, payments, levels, progress or community, according to what each project needs.

How much does it cost?

After an introductory call, we prepare a proposal tailored to your project. The work required and the features are defined before we go ahead. The proposal separates the members' area from the work on the public website and identifies any external costs.

Your work already has content. Shall we give it a home?
