Support & Ongoing Development

Your space doesn't have to stand still after launch

A website or online space doesn't have to stand still once it has been published.

New courses, pages, dates, programmes, events or materials may come up. After handover, you can request one-off changes or sign up for ongoing support.

How it works

One-off support or ongoing support

One-off support

You ask for help when a specific need comes up: an update, a new page, a small improvement. Each request is assessed before going ahead.

Ongoing support

Your project is looked after on a continuous basis, with the scope, frequency and fee agreed in a meeting and set out in the proposal.

Scope

Support can include

  • updating text, images, dates and links
  • uploading new content
  • organising courses, modules and materials
  • creating or updating simple pages
  • setting up new products or events
  • creating waiting lists
  • checking buttons and access paths
  • help preparing new launches

The scope, frequency, infrastructure and fee for ongoing support are agreed in a meeting and set out in the proposal.

For a website maintained without ongoing support, the infrastructure and its costs are agreed in a meeting and set out in the proposal.

The number of hours, the tasks included and the fee are agreed in advance, according to each project's needs.

Ongoing support does not include custom development, failures of external services, content production or permanent support for users, unless specifically agreed.

Frequently asked questions

About support

Do I need to sign up for ongoing support?

No. You can manage the essentials yourself and ask for support only when you need it. Ongoing support is there for anyone who prefers to have the work handled on a continuous basis.

What is included?

The tasks, the expected time and the fee are agreed before going ahead, according to the project's needs. Custom development, content production and failures of external services are not included, unless expressly agreed.

What about the domain, hosting and publishing?

Technical management can sit with the studio or with you. The infrastructure and its costs are agreed in a meeting and set out in the proposal.
