Privacy Policy

This policy describes how I collect and protect the personal data of visitors to and clients of Presença Digital Studio.

In the event of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version of this policy prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data is Gaspar Branco Velho Martins, who can be contacted by email at contacto@presencadigitalstudio.com.

2. Data collected

I only collect the data you send me voluntarily through the contact form or by email: your name, email address and the information you decide to share about your project.

The website does not currently have a database intended to store form submissions. Requests received are sent directly to the destination email inbox, and technical delivery metadata may be retained by the providers in accordance with their respective policies.

3. Purpose

The data is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare proposals and communicate with you in the context of a potential project.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

5. Retention

Contact requests that do not result in a service being engaged will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months, unless it is necessary to follow up on the request or to comply with a legal obligation. Where they result in a project, the data will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the project and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Sharing with third parties

I do not share your data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to provide the service. The website uses Lovable Cloud for hosting and the technical operation of the contact form, and Lovable Emails to send the messages received to contacto@presencadigitalstudio.com.

Some technical providers may use internationally distributed infrastructure and process data outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with the legally applicable protection mechanisms.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural analytics tools.

8. Your rights

You may request, at any time, access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may also object to its processing, by contacting me by email at contacto@presencadigitalstudio.com.

9. Supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority).

10. Updates
